Born in Fayetteville, North Carolina on November 12, 1877, Archibald Wright Graham dreamed of playing in the big leagues, and on June 29, 1905, Moonlight played right field for one half inning for the old New York Giants, but never got to step into the batters box.
That would be the only game for Graham, with no official at bat in what would be his only game.
Moonight and his one inning in the outfield was a crucial part of the 1988 movie Field of Dreams.
