My Mailbox- My100th Matt Boyd Baseball Card

Over the weekend I received the 100th Matt Boyd baseball card of my collection.

Yes, 100 total cards of  my favorite Tigers pitcher, Matthew Robert Boyd!

💯 OK, usually, I just ignore these cards, because, well, I'm usually in no place financially to keep going, so, I get outbid, and move on. 

This time, however, for $6.50, plus shipping, this beautiful card of Matt Boyd was all mine.

The only in thing about the card that is unfortunate is that it's only numbered to #36, so I can't get one that matches Boyd's jersey number, 48. 

Also, there's a few more variations of this card, one of which I currently have the high bid on...an amazingly beautiful card that I hope I win.

➡️ I also noticed that Matthew has been cards in this year's Topps Fire and Topps Gallery Sets, so they'll, of course, be must have for the ever growing #BoydBinder 👍.

(If that's a PINK border on the Topps Gallery card, it's a definite for the October 2021 "Save Second Base" event.)
