Tigers Card Tuesday- 2022 Topps Archives Tarik Skubal

Tigers lefty Tarik Skubal proved once again today that he's the best pitcher in the big leagues.

The reigning American League Cy Young Award Winner struck out 14 Cleveland Guardians today as Detroit won, 2-1, in Game 1 of the AL Wild Card Round. 



🐅⚾️ Game 2 is in Cleveland again, with RHP Casey Mize taking the ball for the Tigers. 
📺First pitch is set for just after 1pm on Wednesday afternoon.

    I'd love to see Skubal win another Cy Young Award... and I'm rooting for the Tigers this postseason.

      Not since McLain in 1968/69. McLain shared Cy Young with Mike Cuellar in '69.
